Poeton Restructures UK Sales Team

Poeton have revamped the UK sales team structure to better reflect the changing market and in order to provide the best possible service to both new and returning customers.
Sean Hammond, Group Director of Sales & Marketing, will oversee a team of four Business Development Managers (BDMs) working across both of the Poeton UK sites at Gloucester and Cardiff.
The team will be split into two, allowing each section to focus on different areas of the business. Kieran Hughes & Ian Rickard will be focussed on targeting new industries and applications, offering solutions to engineering challenges via the proprietary Apticote range of surface treatments.
Gemma Harris & Terry Hunter will look after current and returning customers, developing and enhancing the commercial relationships with them whilst ensuring they are familiar with the full breadth of treatments and services that Poeton can offer.
Sean Hammond commented on the new structure:
“The Poeton sales team are now perfectly set up to support both known customers with their new requirements, as well as tackling interesting new applications across engineering industries. The new set up plays on the strengths of the team and will be backed up by the customer service team who will be on hand to fully support customers once the parts are received on site.”
