The Poeton Group is a market leader in the field of Surface Engineering offering a wide range of processes including Electroplating, Anodising, Thermal Spraying and Composite Coatings. The aim of the company's Graduate Training Programme is to prepare students for a career in the field of Surface Engineering within the Poeton Group.

The company will offer sponsorship to students who are completing the second year of an Applied Chemistry Degree and an integral part of the sponsorship requires students to spend time with the company either on a sandwich basis or during the summer vacation period.

Training and experience will be gained across the Group in research and development, plating technology and the commercial areas within the Group.
