Having gained accreditation for the latest ISO9001:2000 quality award a year earlier than required, Gloucester surface coating specialist Poeton Industries has already embarked on its first annual customer service survey, which is a requirement of the new standard.
The postal survey produced a positive response to investments such as the new Technical Centre, the recent introduction of a collection and delivery service and the EDEN environmental dialysis system installed to reduce process waste. It also proved invaluable by highlighting other products and services that customers may need in the future.
To encourage customers to respond, all returned forms were entered into a prize draw for a Pentax digital camera.
