Five Cell Leaders at surface coating specialist Poeton Industries have been presented with National Examination Board for Supervisors (NEBS) 'Introductory Team Leader' Awards following an intensive twelve-week course organised by Gloucestershire Enterprise Limited.
The in-house course, one of a number arranged by Poeton to help employees maximise their potential by developing new skills, covered a wide range of management topics.
Says Poeton spokesman Tony Clucas: "The management skills acquired on the course are essential to complement the high level of technical skills already achieved by our Cell Leaders."
He adds that there will be no opportunity for the five to rest on their laurels, as they start a NEBS Introductory Management Certificate course in April!
