With 36 years’ experience working for Airbus, Lindsey started out as an apprentice with the Hawker business jet division, eventually project managing new system installations. Her career continued with a move to America where she became Operations Manager, developing new manufacturing suppliers for Airbus Industries. Lindsey was then seconded to the A400M Military Transport Aircraft programme, where she managed the core operations team related to wing assembly and system installations.
For the last 3 years before joining our team Lindsey moved away from project management to resource development. Based in Toulouse, she was appointed Head of the Manufacturing Engineering Faculty related to process harmonisation and training development across the UK, France Germany & Spain.
